How to inquire about storage shelves?

People usually send their racking inquiries without full details, below are some examples:

Example 1:
I AM LOOKING AT THE 2.0MMTHK X 70MM X 90MM X 76.2MM PITCH UPRIGHT G.I
(There is no upright height and quantity.)

Example 2:
We need and price for shelves with the plot. H*2000/800 and L*1500/600, plot 300/800
(There is no loading bearing and quantity advised.)

Example 3:
WE REQUIRE:
98 upright frames of 9 m high blue color.
280 upright frames of 8 m high blue color.
3510 beams of 2.60 m long orange color (2.6 m is the exact size required)
108 pcs post protectors yellow color (the yellow color in the picture below).
150 pcs wire mesh decking gray galvanized.
475 pcs row spacers of 45 cm length blue color.
80 pcs Wall ties of 25 cm length blue color.
(No pallet dimensions, the max weight loading for the beams and upright frames…)

However, our shelves are customized according to the size and load-bearing required by customers, we need the inquiry included below so as to design and quote ( below for selective pallet racks.)

• Your warehouse layout plan?
• The shelving size L*D*H
• How many shelving levels?
• What is the max weight load per level?
• How many starter bays and add-on bays?
• Need wire mesh deckings or solid steel shelving plates or poly decks?
• Your pallet dimensions L*W*H (include goods+pallet height), and which way is the fork entryway?
• The color do you want?

We also don’t supply complicated and expensive racking systems, for example, the automatic racking system, or the mold rack with movable drawers on 2nd level of pallet racking…
