Mold racks mainly store various mold items, and are divided into light mold racks and heavy mold racks according to the requirements of layer load capacity. The top of the shelf can be equipped with a mobile hoist to facilitate the lifting of the mold.
The light-duty mold rack adopts 100×50mm C-shaped steel as a special column, and the column is made of high-quality Q235 strip steel rolled by a rolling mill at one time. The heavy-duty mold shelf adopts the heavy-duty shelf as the overall frame, and installs guide rails and drawer trays on the shelf pillars. Generally, the column needs to be no less than 90×70 column.
Production process of heavy mould shelf
The mold rack is composed of a column and a tie rod. The guide groove is installed on the column, and the upper and lower beams are connected and fixed. Then the drawer tray is installed in the guide groove, the limit pin and the guide rail are installed, and the top plate is laid. If there are no cranes in the workshop, sky rails and overhead cranes can be erected on the shelf columns, and manual or electric hoists can be installed. The sky rails adopt no less than 100×50 welded beams. After the black embryo is made, the whole parts are shot blasted to remove oil, rust, and sprayed with surface treatment. After completion, they can be packaged and shipped.
1. Combined assembly, mainly composed of pillars, guide grooves, drawer layers, tie rods, positioning pins, etc., are connected by bolts, with stable structure, safe and reliable, and generally used in rows.
2. The drawer tray is mainly composed of slide rails and drawer trays. The drawer tray is composed of a frame welded by a rectangular tube and a bent piece and a steel plate. Each slide rail is fixed up and down by two bearings, which can roll freely in the guide groove with low resistance and can easily pull out the drawer.
3. For safety reasons, the drawer tray of the mold rack is designed with positioning pins and limit pins to ensure the safety of the drawer tray when it is drawn out.
4. Light-duty mold racks are loaded at 200～800kg/layer. The heavy-duty drawer type rack is loaded in: 800～1500kg/layer.
5. The mold shelf occupies a small area, has a large layer, a detailed classification and simple operation.
6. The mold rack can also be used as a drawer tray on the beam of the cargo rack, which saves cost and has a more stable structure.
