How to plan the size of heavy duty racking?

Heavy-duty racks are simple racks composed of main and auxiliary racks and beams. They can be divided into beam racks, drive-in racks, etc. according to the load-bearing and import and export methods. Among them, the beam shelf has won the trust of many customers because of its economic and durability advantages, and has become the first choice for storage shelves. The staff of the customer service department of Hengchang Shelf Factory often receives customer inquiries about the size of the shelves. This article is to share with you how to design the size of the heavy beam shelf, so as to solve the most basic problems of customers with beam shelf.

E.g:

Pallet size: 1200mm * 1000mm, of which 1200 is the direction of the fork;

Cargo load: 1T / pallet (two pallets per layer)
Cargo height: 1100mm (including pallet height, need to plan 3 layers, namely three layers of beams and four layers of goods)

(1) According to the above information, the length of the beam required for the shelf will be calculated according to the size of the pallet. The length of the two pallets plus the gap between the pallet and the pallet and the pallet and the shelf column, our standard is usually 100, that is 1200 * 2 + 300 = 2700, and the calculated 2700 is the size of the shelf;
(2) According to the calculated length of the beam, each layer of load-bearing calculates the material required for the shelf, that is, the 120 beams;
(3) The height of the goods is 1100, and a safety distance of 150 (safety lifting distance) between each beam and the goods must be left, that is, 1250 * 3, and the top layer of goods is usually left at 500. According to this, the shelf height can be calculated as 1250 * 3 + 120 (the height of the beam material) * 3 + 500 = 4610, usually the column is 75 holes apart, so the column height is 4800H.
(4) The depth direction of the pallet is 1000, and we usually reduce it by 100 in the design, so that the goods are normally placed on the shelf;
Above, the size of the heavy beam shelf can be calculated as: 2700L * 900D * 4800H
