First, it is necessary to carry out the cargo storage numbering work, and allocate the specifications, load capacity and height of pallets. From this, the shelf spacing and depth statistics are determined, and the height of the shelf distribution is determined according to the height of the bottom of the warehouse shelf. The depth of the warehouse shelves against the wall is recommended to be designed at about 5 pallets, and the warehouse shelves with two sides in and out in the middle should be designed at about 10 pallets, which can increase the reliability of the forklift for cargo storage.
The shelf height of this type of warehouse should generally be controlled at about ten meters. The warehouse shelf design should not be too high for reasons of stability. If you want to strengthen the stability of this type of warehouse shelf, you can choose specifications and carry more importantly. Increase the base tensioning device to strengthen the fixing effect. The weight of a single pallet is usually controlled within 1500kg and should not be too large or heavy. Only in this way can long-term effective operation and safe and stable work efficiency.
2. Gravity warehouse racks are evolved from pallet warehouse racks, using rails with rolling devices or pallets with wheels. The required inclination of the track enables the gravity of the cargo itself to realize one side of the cargo and the other side. It is suitable for the storage of large quantities of the same type of cargo. The storage efficiency is very high, especially for the goods with a specified warranty period. Don’t overstock goods for a long time. The length of the rack rail should not be too large, otherwise the upper and lower blind corners will greatly affect the space utilization.
If the ramp lengthens the decline of the goods, it will increase the difficulty of control. Once the downward momentum is greater, it is easy to cause the goods to slide and block or the pallet goods to tip over. If the guide rail is long, in order to make the goods slide smoothly, a damping device should be installed in the middle of the guide rail, and a buffer device should be installed at the end of the guide rail. This type of warehouse rack is difficult to design, manufacture, and install, and the cost is also It is much higher than ordinary warehouse shelves. At present, there are not many applications of this type of warehouse rack in the domestic warehouse industry, but it is indeed a special application suitable for a certain warehouse.
