Warehouse Cantilever Pallet Racking System
The cantilever pallet racking comes with all the parts needed to assemble the cantilever, the arms of the cantilever pallet racking extend from its frame to create multiple storage levels. Also known as medium-duty cantilever warehouse racks and pipe storage racks, pipe storage racks store long products such as tubing and pipes in maintenance departments, tool rooms, machining workshops, and storage areas. The entry unit can be used alone as an independent rack. The add-on unit can be connected to an existing starter unit or add-on unit to create a multi-unit cantilever racking system, and they cannot be used alone as a stand-alone rack.
Structure & Design of cantilever pallet racking:
A cantilever warehouse rack consists of:
Vertical Columns – Upright supports that anchor the system.
Base – Provides stability and anchors the upright columns.
Arms – Horizontal supports that extend from the columns to hold the load. These are usually adjustable and can be straight or inclined.
Bracing – Connects the vertical columns for added stability.
The term "cantilever" refers to how the arms extend out without vertical obstructions at the front—allowing full access to the length of the items being stored.
Advantages of cantilever pallet racking:
Unobstructed access: No front posts, making it easier to load and unload with forklifts or cranes.
Customizable: Arm lengths and levels can be adjusted to fit varying product sizes.
Space-efficient: Ideal for maximizing horizontal space in warehouses and yards.
Indoor/outdoor use: Can be used in both environments with proper finishes (e.g., galvanized for outdoor use).

Applications of cantilever pallet racking:
Pipe and tube manufacturers/distributors
Steel service centers
